Water quality and temperature
Water is heated to a minimum of 32 degrees Celcius throughout the year.
Water is continuously treated and monitored by a computer controlled system.
This is a mineral water swimming pool ("Magna pool"), using naturally produced chlorine, with back up free chlorine added if required by the automated system.
The water is also continuously cleaned by UV and ozone sanitation systems.
This combination of water treatment systems gives us excellent water quality while being gentler on eyes, skin, hair and nails. You will notice a different, more subtle smell to the pool and your skin after swimming, compared to a typical chlorinated pool.
Access
The carpark is asphalt and concreted and there is a ramp to enter the reception and waiting room area.
Pool entry is via a ladder or by safe entry over the edge.
Baby change tables are located both poolside and in the change rooms.
There is no hoist or wheelchair accessible change rooms unfortunately.
Bookings
Please phone us (03) 9435 6955 to make a booking.
The pool is open throughout the year except for a Christmas break and public and public holidays.
Make up your missed session
You are encouraged to contact reception to book in a make up lesson.
They are available if:

you cancelled in advance

there are make up lessons available (due to other swimmer's cancellations)

you choose a time in ADDITION TO your usual swim lesson time slot

you are currently enrolled for swim lessons with us
Payments

Swim lessons are paid monthly in advance, with invoices sent on the 20th for payment by the end of the month

If you can't come in, give us notice to be eligible for a make up.Weekday Morning lessons: tell us before 9 am, weekends 7am

Afternoon lessons: tell us before 4 pm

New customers can commence at any stage during the year. You do not need to wait for a school term to begin because we individualise our lessons to suit the needs of each swimmer.

We have a mobile application that makes it easier than ever for you to sign up for classes, use makeups, check your student’s attendance and more - all on-the-go!

To login use the email address that the swim school has used to contact you previously. Your account is already set up - Use the Forgot Password function to set up your password.
