Water quality and temperature
Water is heated to a minimum of 32 degrees Celcius throughout the year, using a combination of gas and solar heating systems.
Water is continuously treated and monitored by a computer controlled system.
This is a mineral water swimming pool ("Magna pool"), using naturally produced chlorine, with back up free chlorine added if required by the automated system.
The water is also continuously cleaned by UV and ozone sanitation systems.
This combination of water treatment systems gives us excellent water quality while being gentler on eyes, skin, hair and nails. You will notice a different, more subtle smell to the pool, and your skin after swimming, compared to a typical chlorinated pool.
Access
The driveway is concrete and there are no steps to enter the reception and waiting room area.
There is a single step into the pool area.
Pool entry is via a ladder or by safe entry over the edge.
Baby change tables are located both in the reception and the change rooms.
There is no hoist or wheelchair accessible change rooms unfortunately.

We typically book weekly sessions for each school term.
We operate to the Victorian public school terms.

Make up your missed session
You are encouraged to contact reception to book a make up lesson.
They are available if:

you cancelled your missed lesson in advance

there are lessons available (due to other swimmers' cancellations)
-
you choose a time in ADDITION TO your usual swim lesson time slot

you are currently enrolled for swim lessons with us
Payments

Swim lessons are paid at the beginning of each term, for the whole term (eg. Week 1, pay for 10 sessions if the term has 10 weeks).

New customers can commence at any stage during a school term (you don't need to wait for the next term to begin because we individualise our lessons to suit the needs of each swimmer). You are only charged for the weeks of the term you have booked for.

Payment is accepted by: cash, EFTPOS, Visa or Mastercard or through our App (see below).

We now have a mobile application that makes it easier than ever for you to sign up for classes and camps, use makeups, check your student’s attendance and more - all on-the-go!
iClass Pro App
To download the app go to your app store and once downloaded use the organisation code: ssswimming
To login use the email address that the swim school has used to contact you previously. Your account is already set up. Then use the Forgot Password function to set up your password.
Once set up, go to your account and you will be able to generate a Family QR code which can be used to log into the iPad at the pool. Save a screenshot of your Family QR code to log in at the pool more easily
